AC Knobs for 02-06 Mitsubishi Lancer Outlander

More updated knob design for 2002-2006 Mitsubishi Lancer, Evolution and Outlander (manual AC) models. Multi part to allow customization of trim ring and lens pointer. Printed in Ambrosia ASA-GF for knobs and rings, Inland clear PC for lenses. HIPS filament used for support interface layer (interface material required for smooth surface for trim ring to sit flush). Normal support structure recommended. Install lenses in orientation matching mechanical drawings, they should angle outward and be vertical on the inboard side as shown. Once installed 75% you can invert the knob and press down on a hard surface to fully seat it. It probably goes without saying if you are reading this, but if you have the dreaded “stiff blend door” do NOT use these to try to improve the situation. You need to replace the blend door if it is stiff to turn the knob. These will not improve that and you will still break your shaft if you keep putting off fixing it :)
