AC vent bracket with TPU flap

You will need a larger print bed to print this AC bracket. I used H2D to print mix material so that I can keep the post processing to minimum.So this AC vent bracket is built for a smoother airflow setup (I wanted the hose to hug the wall), going from a 150mm intake down to a 100mm outlet (150 mm does not fit between my window glass slides), which helps keep air moving efficiently without too much turbulence. It’s got a solid support arm built in, so it stays sturdy and does not require any glue when installed. The cool part? It’s got a flexible TPU flap gasket on the edge—this soft, rubber-like seal makes sure everything stays airtight. TPU is tough, squishy enough to conform to surfaces, and handles vibrations and temperature changes like a champ. That means no air leaks, less noise, and a nice snug fit.The main body’s printed in PETG, which is strong, durable, and holds up well in real-world conditions—perfect for hot airflow setups. Together, the PETG structure and TPU gasket make
