The X15 is the answer to the question: "How low can the costs for a large bore weapon on wheels become?". Practically everything you would want to find in a modern vehicle is missing, there is no crew comfort, no ease of use or entry hatches. Practically, its nothing more but a armored coffin with a gun mounted in it. But to some, it is the perfect tool to fight far larger, far better equiped enemies on a budget.
