ACE Pro Direct Filament Sensor Rail

This is a replacement rail for the ACE Pro that will move the break detect sensors forward on the ace pro. The stock rail positions the sensors behind the filament and uses a spring loaded lever that trips the sensor when filament runs out. Unfortunately on some ACE units this is touchy and will cause the sensor to think there is no filament in the guide, causing the ACE to roll back the filament and stop printing. This guide removes that faulty lever and runs the filament between the sensor directly giving you a much more reliable break detection. I recommend printing in a hard plastic, Polycarbonate would be ideal but ABS or ASA will suffice if need be. Here is the video tutorial for install. https://youtu.be/fbWI9ZVNKzM
