IMPORTANT: THIS MODEL WILL NOT WORK WITH THE NEW ACE DESIGN - THE ONE WITH THE SPOOL GUIDES IN THE LID. YOU WILL NEED MY "SNAP-LOCK" FILAMENT GUIDE FOR THE NEW ACE-PRO DESIGN (with the guides in the lid) Click for link NEW: Be sure to check out my desiccant-hygrometer set for the filament guide Click here NEW: Added locking clips. See my model for the locking clips. Click here NEW: Added a filament guide for Narrow reels - Click here for model NEW: Added anti-roll guides - Click for model At times I had issues with filament reels getting stuck in the ACE Pro or not feeding correctly. This tended to happen when the filament reel was near empty. I wanted an adjustable and sturdy filament guide. This guide extends beyond the center point of the reel and provides a sturdy guide to keep the reel in place and vertical. The guide also features an adjustable center nut to allow adjustment for various thicknesses of filament reels. This is accomplished by using left and right hand threads. IMPORTANT: The left guide has a left handed thread and the right side has a right side thread. The center nut has matching threads. The threads are not interchangeable. Proceed slowly so as not to strip the threads and please follow the Assembly instructions. ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS Thread the left hand portion of the center nut on the left side. Do not fully thread (just start it. 1-2 turns or so). Thread the right hand portion of the center nut on the right side until it is engaged about the same distance as the left side. Turn the center nut to adjust to desired thickness. Both sides will converge towards the center. To increase the distance, turn the center nut in the opposite direction. 3d printing Printing profiles are provided. No support is needed I printed using the default settings - 0.2mm and 15% infill. IMPORTANT: USE 6 LAYERS FOR WALL THICKNESS ON THE SIDES OTHERWISE THE THREADED BOLTS MAY BREAK OFF About me   I enjoy creating 3d models that others can use and appreciate. It is
