K2 Plus Activated carbon filter / Aktivkohle Filter

Activated carbon filter for filling yourself for the K2 Plus.The original filter in the printer is unfortunately a joke, the amount of carbon used is so small that the air blows through the filter unhindered.I have therefore designed a filter insert that is 44 mm thick instead of just 10 mm.The first thing to do is to put a fleece in the insert that I cut out of a vacuum cleaner bag.Alternativly you can use Carbon filter for Cat toiletts likehttps://www.amazon.de/dp/B0DCN9WMZN?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_titleThis prevents carbon dust from being blown out.I then filled the housing with carbon so that the original filter still fits in front of it.This prevents the loose carbon from falling out.The whole thing is then inserted into the frame and clipped into the housing.If the clip is not tight enough, you can carefully heat it and then lift it up a little.The material for printing is PETG, the carbon is activated carbon from coconut shells, which is especially suitable for 3D printers. The whole thing has the advantage that I don't have to buy special and expensive filter inserts and can change the carbon easily and inexpensively if necessary.The STL files are without a grid!This must be added in the slicer as a modifier without a bottom and top layer (set to 0) and the selection of the appropriate filling. Printed in PETG because it is more heat-resistant than PLA (the build space gets up to 60° warm with various filaments)!
