Activation Token - The Eightpints

This is the most important token on the whole damn board. The Activation Token is time, and time is life. It simply marks whether a fighter has already taken their turn this round. Every warrior gets a few. Don't waste the first, and guard the second like it’s your last Shiner. A true veteran doesn't look at the enemy's Wounds; they look at their Activation Tokens. Knowing who's finished their turn and who has one shot left is the difference between a tactical retreat and a very messy death.
