ADAPTER"S WIRE COVER is very useful if you are repairing AC power Adapter always adapter's cable get damage or cat/dog chew the cable in that case after repair/joint close to the bottom of the adapter you can cover professionally so it wont look ever you repaired this idea develop by www.azsurplus.com latter i will add more pictures if you use this file then please be kind and upload the picture of your final product to see how good you did.
