ADB-USB Wombat Case (Revised)

The latest version of the Wombat doesn't fit the original case. There's an electrolytic capacitor that stands too tall, and the reset/power button has been moved. This fixes it.

This also closes up the area over the jumpers, as I don't foresee using it in any other than USB-to-ADB mode. If you want that area opened up, uncomment line 47 in the OpenSCAD file and re-render the top.
