AddOn desk drawer

The drawer makes use of 30pcs of 4.5 mm (actual measured size 4.36mm) BBs as bearing balls. They are inserted in the 2 cages.1. The shaft is the main bearing component and it is screwed through the 3 holes in the underside of the desk. 2. The BB loaded cages are inserted in the bearing box with the flat side of the cage pointing in towards the box. This is done for each side of the hole. 3. The sides are inserted with side 4 being last. 4. The floors are inserted in the frame. 5. The ready drawer is threaded on the shaft and finally the shaft endcap is screwed on the shaft until it stops turning and there is no play of the box on the shaft. notes:If you find that the cap is loosening under use you can use m3x12mm screw to lock it in place (there is a hole on the bottom of the cap that should accept M3 screw)Locking the floors with M3x8mm is optional as they are unlikely to come out of place once there are stuff in the drawer. Roughly 250mmx250mm surface needed to mount the drawer. All
