This is a 2 part head and part cooler for the ADIMLab printer (Not the Gantry S)
You print it out in 2 parts and glue together. Align the parts as in the pictures and glue together. Use CA, Krazy Glue, Hot Glue, Whatever.
It uses TWO 5015 centrifugal fans.
This cooling unit mounts with rare earth magnets to make removal of the cooling unit easier by not using screws. The rare earth magnets should be 3mm thick or less to keep the parts cooler away from the print. Just stick them anywhere between the counter sunk holes on the top plate. I recommend using GOOP Glue or Gorilla Glue. The larger the magnets the harder it will grab to the top plate. These fans stick out the back of the print head to keep the head free for ease of accessibility and for viewing pleasure!
(NOTE) once you remove the factory fan and cooler you will need shorter screws to secure the stepper motor to the extruder. Or you can make some big spacers.
Oh the counter sunk holes are to fit over the one nut and t
