Print-in-Place Adjustable CO2 Laser Head Mount I’ve designed this replacement head mount with an adjustable sliding base for your laser head. It makes aligning mirror 2 to mirror 3 perfectly centered much easier, without the need to physically move the laser tube on your CO2 machine — saving you lots of time and trial-and-error. You’ll only need two M3 screws to secure the sliding base in the desired position. The other three holes are aligned to match your machine’s existing screw positions. Make sure to use my print profile! I’ve added two support blockers between the sliding surfaces to ensure smooth, unobstructed movement of the base. Feel free to remix this file if it doesn’t quite fit your needs! 😄
