**UPDATE:**
I changed the names of the STL files and added new version, in case you would like to use the Z rod screws to secure the guide base in place. Also I modeled new type of guide which is more forgiving in terms of angle of the filament (type B).

Since I have my filament roll at the back of the printer I had to find good filament guide for my scenario. Unfortunately the original one (which I remixed) wasn't really "plug and play" as its advertised. So I made my own, which fits perfectly and you don't have to unscrew anything at all. Its quite tight fit, but when you got it there it won't move.
For the wire I used regular 3mm fence wire.
This is not strictly to be used for a rear feeding you can position the wire to suite your needs, that was the idea.
I was afraid that it would interfere with the smooth run of an extruder, but I don't experience any kind of under-extrusion.
