I really like daandruff's ClickLock system. It easier to print and clean up the prints than OpenLock, and doesn't waste anywhere near as much time or plastic on the base. However, I needed to print a lot of locking bars, and I found the tolerances on the stock system was just too tight.
So, I took some measurements and wrote up a quick scad model that is all parametric, and it prints 3 stacks of 10 locks each. Support is needed, and this STL is set for 0.25 mm, leaving a gap. I suggest using "line" support at around 10-12%, but keeping the thickness of the support to a minimum.
The scad file is parametric: You can adjust the length of the locking bar, it's height, thickness, and the diameter of the locking cylinders. The defaults provided are a bit loose.
I recommend playing with the size and spacing to work for your printer: Look at the gcode preview and make sure there is a little bit of support between each part.
For me, I just found this was easier than tuning
