A friend of mine made my wife and I some really nice face masks during the pandemic. They needed to be tied with straps in the back. I wanted a adjustable fastener which would not get caught in our hair when using it. It also fixed a problem for me where my dog ate two of the straps on my mask....

Make sure to print with some supports so that you get a nice clean male end for the fastener.
