Miter saw stop block to boost the speed of reapeatable cuts of silimiar sizes. To secure the stopper in place you can use 2-4 screws with head min 6mm wide. How does it work and when does it work best? I had to make a lot (about 600) cuts of paneling in groups of 8. Most had lenghts varying from about 63 to 54cm. So I've created this jig to help me make quick work of it. How does it work? Set longest cut - take measurment from lowered saw blade to the front of main part. Make sure that the end is parallel to the blade. Let's say your longest cut lenght is 70cm. You want to set 64cm. Just put tab “1cm” in the field “6”. (70-6=64) For unewen numbers use 0.5cm. To set 61.5 place the tab between 8 and 9. (70-8.5=61.5). Simple math. The lower the wood touches the tabs, the more accurate your cuts will be. There's a very little play, but still it will not be as accurate higher up. Have fun using it, it helped my scenario a looooooot.
