adjustable phone holder

This model is a slight modification of the original design by @Knispel. Tolerances have been improved for easier printing, small reinforcements have been added, the height of the wedge holding the phone has been increased, and two side protrusions have been added to prevent it from moving or losing its shape while in your pocket.
