This adjustable stop block mounts directly to your table saw using the miter slot and is designed to be used in conjunction with a sled positioned to the right of the blade. It allows for fast, repeatable length cuts and is especially useful for creating consistent segments for woodturning, such as when using a wedgie sled. The design consists of a fixed base that locks into the miter slot and an adjustable sliding stop on top. To set your cut length: Loosen the top knob and slide the adjustable stop. Set your zero reference by bringing the adjustable stop into position (for example, aligned with your blade kerf or initial cut position), then tighten the M3 bolt on the zero block to lock in that reference point.
