FIRST: if your issue is just centering prints using Cura and your printer is set as a 'Prusa i3' make sure you go to Settings > Printers > Manage Printers > Machine Settings and change your dimensions to 220 x 220 x 240. If that solves your problems feel free to like this thing anyway ;D

My Anet A8 x-stop switch couldn't be attached with the screws provided... I drilled new holes but didn't like the offset that caused. This quick print helps fix both problems. Pop this on the top X rail and slide it over the original plastic frame. With an m3*12 bolt and m3 nut you can now move that x-stop switch and lock it where you like it... even if it's just where it was originally supposed to go.
Also, instead of using the top clip you could use a tiny bit of glue or adhesive putty to hold the switch in place.
