Adjustable Z stop for Ender 3

After adding new springs to my printer, the zero stop switch was way too low, and I had to re-adjust the bed height every time I added different adhesion tape, glue, or surface.

I designed this so I could mark different heights and simply dial them in for each project.

After finally adding a BL-Touch, I found it to be useful as a mechanical protection end stop, for when the probe missed the sensor it would stop the head attempted to drive into the bed.
