Administratum agent (female)

This is my entry for the next [28mag challenge](https://28-mag.com/2021/01/12/the-28magchallenge-for-2021/).

Beltanya Zukhal is a legal clerc of the Administratum whose task is to record anything and everything, from dead fluotubes to Astra Militarum empty Autocannon cases and daily casualty on the battlefield. She even records the number of downloads of her STL template.
As part of her missions, she frequently goes on field trips to accompany Regimental HQ staff (where she carries a sidearm for self defence).

It is on one of such missions that she met with Inquisitor Johevian of the Ordo Aegis. Now she works for him undercover and has even been sighted with him as part of his retinue.
