These are the parts of a case for a ground plane antenna to receive 1090MHz broadcasts of ADS-B data.
The mounting pipe is a standard (at least in Germany) PVC pipe for electrical installation with an outer diameter of 25mm (about 1 inch).
The case for the Raspberry Pi is not my own construction, but you can find suitable ones in Thingiverse.
My station has been mentioned in the March 2025 FlightAware ADS-B Newsletter.
