Recently I came across a really nice Temp Tower, however it lacked certain 'torture test' feature. So I redesigned it.
Basically its 'yet another Temp tower'. The distinguishing facts of this one:
- its compact: 7g material
- its fast: 60 min. printing time
- its also a limited torture test
Especially combined with the latter I get great insight in the quality of the PLA.
The .3mf file has the correct temperature gcodes for prusa slicer inserted. I don't know what happens if you use them in another slicer. The stl is exactly that. Just the stl.
If you want to set the temps yourself:
In prusa slicer:
- slice the tower
- goto the sliced overview
- move the layer slider to the middle between two temperature levels
- click RIGHT mouse button
- choose 'add custom gcode'
- enter M109 S215 (for 215C)
do this with the right temperature for each level. See also the attached screenshot.
