I've recently ordered a pair of aerobars for my bicycle handlebar. The problem was that my phone holder didn't fit on my handlebar anymore. That's why I thought about making a bridge to connect the aerobars where i can mount my phone holder onto.
This is why I constructed this arobridge with a diameter of 31.8 mm in the middle for aerobars with a diameter of 22 mm. The part with the solid 31.8 mm tube is 20 mm wide. It can span form approx. 70 mm to 110 mm inbetween the insides of the aerobars.
You have to print two holders per bridge. The printing oriention is displayed in the last picture. You also need two M5 bolds (I used M5x10) and two M5 nuts to assemble it. I printed it with 0.2 mm layer height and 25 % infill and it came out quite well. I've used PLA, but I have to see how this holds up, might have to print it in PETG.
