Aerocon screw switch rack

Mounting rack for Aerocon screw switches along with a drill marking guide.

These switches are small and light. I have it on good authority that they stay put even under extreme conditions (2k mph, 100k'+).

Solder your wires, put on heat-shrink tubing, dab the rack with epoxy, slide in the switch, the pot (fill with epoxy) the back around the wires to reduce stresses on the soldering joint.

For the guide, the outer two are for marking the sled, and the others are for marking the airframe.

SCAD can customize for any number of these switches. I've included STLs for 1-4 for those not familiar with SCAD.
