A couple years ago, I tried to make a model of Kallus's helmet. I lost the flash drive I had my work saved on, so I don't have the complete file anymore, but I did find this split up STL version. I've never actually tried to print a helmet, so my splits at the time probably weren't the most conducive to printing, but you all are welcome to see what you can do with it if you'd like.
EDIT 4/28/2019:
I stitched together all of the pieces of the main helmet body in meshmixer for a user who wanted the whole helmet as one piece. I also noticed that the actual helmet pieces seem to be scaled in meters, so you may need to increase them to 1000x their current size to print. I don't believe this applies to the faceplate ore earcap though, just the helmet
