This machine significantly shortens and simplifies the acid bath process in home PCB manufacturing.
You can adjust the plate size to your desired size depending on the size of the acid bath.
You can easily adjust the shaking speed from slow to fast.
Considering my years of experience and needs in PCB manufacturing,
I have created a design that will greatly simplify the work of an electronics engineer.
In the manufacturing of the machine, I have done my best to ensure the most accurate, easy, and fast printing suitable for a 3D printer.
No support structures are needed in the manufacturing of the parts.
I also believe that I have provided the same ease of production on the electronic and mechanical sides. I used a Nema17 stepper motor. The reason for using this motor type is that
stepper motors provide a very strong torque and produce relatively less noise.
