Ailunce HD1 Exoskeleton

This design aids in preventing accidental manipulation of the dials and buttons on the top and side of the Aliunce HD1 Radio while maintaining a sturdy and low profile form factor without sacrificing the use of the lanyard loop or belt clip. It is recommended to print this out of ASA or similar weather resistant material and apply a small amount of 3M VHB to the bottom of the PTT guard section to prevent hooking it on the edge of pouches or pockets though this is not necessary. To apply the Exoskeleton first remove the clip and 2 screws from the back of the radio,then place the exoskeleton at a 35 degree angle from the back with the channel dial coming through the top before firmly rocking the device forward so that it snaps into place. This may take a bit of force but should not feel like you're going to break anything.
