Air Conditioner Hose Adapter

This clamp is designed to attach to the exhaust of an air conditioner. This allows for easy and secure attachment to a window port. This is designed to fit a hose with ridges about 15mm apart from each other when fully extended. The inner diameter of the clamp is 137 mm. As long as your hose is close to those sizes you should be able to use this part.

Print two of the parts and bolt them together over your hose. The last 2 screws go into the sides to apply some pressure to the connection. Don't over tighten these, just enough so things are snug.

Hardware needed:

This print uses M3 sized hardware, 6 bolts and nuts. The length can be anything at least 23mm long. You may need to use a drill to clean out the holes.

I printed mine in PLA and we haven't had any issues with melting in the summer (your mileage may vary).
