Airless Nerf Vortex - One that flies!

I've tried a few of the Vortex prints that are true “airless” prints and a lot of them look great but aren't super stable. So after much tinkering, I developed this mostly airless design that still maintains a forward center of gravity. It flies well and is super durable! The front of this design is rather rigid, so play carefully. Print with TPU! Tune your TPU retraction settings for the best results, 0.8mm works well for me with 95A TPU on the X1C. Turning down you fan settings in your filament profile will help as well. See below for details! Note: You may get a “floating region” error, but the model will print fine, you do not need to enable supports. Print the nose and fins separately, remove the built-in support rods with a razor, and insert the tail into the nose. You should get three satisfying “pops” that will indicate that the fins are all the way seated.
