Fun little flight simulator ;)
You will need some fishing line. I just tied regular fishing knots where the fishing line connects to the inner pieces. Then I attached each string to the plane separately and used some CA glue and accelerator. I looped through a few times before I glued. Watch that the stick is vertical and the plane is level before committing that glue :)
Easy to print. Use a brim to hold the rods in place and use supports on the flat pieces but only 2 of them actually need the support.
