Airsoft midcap magazine designed for the JG/Classic army spec SA 58 FAL.
I originally made these as inserts for standard metal Hicap shells to convert them into midcaps. Then I found trooperx13's design for the outer shell: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3016520
I adapted his shell with thicker walls and optimized the fitment for my inserts. I have included this version and one with engravings. However, I still recommend you use a donor hicap shell as they are inherently more durable than the 3D printed shells.
The inserts themselves operate like regular midcaps. Double stacking the bbs, they hold around 120 rounds and use a standard spring. You will also need a small spring for the bb catch and screws to hold the two halves together. Any midcap follower should work, or you can 3D print this one: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3759405
The files themselves are finalized, but I will work on updating this description with more detail in the future.
Feel free to print
