Airvent cover flat (editable)

I moved our extractor fan out of the bathroom into a ducted pipe outside the building. I then d needed a vent cover to close the hole but allow free-flowing air out.
Designed to be attached top the wall tiles using silicone, so there are no drill holes. I have provided the design file so you are welcome to edit to your own needs.
