Alex Drawer Gridfinity Easy Access

Need Gridfinity in your Ikea Alex drawers but can’t reach the back easily? This 3D-printed solution fixes that. A custom pull-out base gives you full access—just slide it out when you need it. The modified Gridfinity base includes spacers to fit around drawer screws, so nothing prevents smooth sliding. Print each plate twice. Connect pieces using filament in the alignment holes, then add super glue as needed for strength. Add your favourite Gridfinity bins and enjoy! Dimentions: 7x4 insert: 296x178 mm 6x4 insert: 262x178 mm Everything is split to fit smallest Bambu printers. Non-split profile for H2D and version for tall drawers are coming soon (if get's enough interest). UPDATE I've added a new print profile that may be useful for old versions of Alex drawer that are more narrow. It is a 6x4 pullout base, 262mm wide. It should fit most of the setups with a gap for easier operation. Also, the walls are thicker too. UPDATE 2 Updated 7x4 pullout part for better strength and improved grip
