Made a lot of changes to the Compact Bowden extruder to make it easier to print and only needing one bearing. This extruder takes the MK8 extruder gear and uses a 608zz bearing.
Also made the bearing and MK8 a little closer to the parts where the filament passes through to try and make this work even better with flex filaments. I made the front open so it is easy to see the filament.
The holes in the base are big enough for 5mm screws to bolt it to most aluminum extrusions or any other mounting idea you may have.
This is a work in progress and hasn't been tested yet. Looks good printed and should work good. Will update as I test it.
List of some of the parts I think I am going to use on this Extruder.
(1) Pneumatic PC4-M6 (Thats M6 threads and fits a 4mm outside diameter Bowden tube.)
(3) M3x30mm screw
(1) M3x8mm screw
(2) M3x50mm screw/bolt
(3) M3 nylon lock-nut
(4) M3 washers
(1) M5x16 socket head bolt
(1) 608ZZ bearing
(1) MK8 hobbed pulley
(2) McMaster #965
