Alfawise U10 bed level knobs

Bed level knobs for the Alfawise U10
- type 1: insert - this one goes over the existing knob and increases the original knob's diameter
- type 2: M4 nut - this one replaces the original knob but needs a separate M4 nut (untested)

The outside diameter is the biggest i could get it without hitting the Y-axis
Tolerances might differ depending on how accurate your printer is setup and the thermal expansion of your filament.

Use a heat gun to soften it so you can force the M4 nut in if you need to.
