Alien Guitar Remix

This is a real guitar that plays really well but requires a little extra work because it would not let me pull it into Tinkercad with all the detail. I tried to contact the original designer for the neck that he used, but he never got back to me. So I had to mill the neck center piece a little to make it fit flush. The screw holes for the neck were also a little off center. So I filled the old holes in with a 3D pen and drilled new. Its a long set of prints so strap yourself in and make sure your printer is dialed in and tightened up.

Below are the upgrades to reinforce this build and make it stage worthy. You will need a milling machine and some machine shop skills to Make it happen. I was able to do it with a mini-mill that I purchased from Grizzly. There are other models out there.

Fusion 360 upgraded midsection which allows you to install 1/4” plate steel for reinforcement:
