*If you got a Alien head, what do you do with? Build a nesting box for the birds of course! ;-)*
Thank you to OrdSolutions for the Alien Head.
It 's made to use multi-annual so there is a cap on the back you can clean it. If you like to use it over years PETG should you first choice.
The dimensions should fit for the common garden birds. Do not scale it. You will need a 300x300mm printer like the CR-10 to print it. (You have to place it diagonal on the build plate.)
Use support for the ears. And the inner too so it will not become too smooth for the birds. Probably "only touching build plate support" is enough.
There are six tiny air holes, make sure they will be free. (in the nose, in the ears and behind the ears)
If possible use thick layers (or print it in less quality) so the skin is not to smooth and do not paint it (The eyes should be ok). I suggest a minimum of 1mm wall thickness. You should print it in a natural color like brown, dark green, maybe white, gray,
