This plant grows on a planet far, far away. The fruit forms the basis of a variety of cuisine style from sweet to savoury. The model has appeared in my YouTube video https://youtu.be/MENpbfTeKBE.
Scale the model as required and print using at least 20% infill. You will need to use supports on the outer layer of leaves. Ideally create the supports using the “Touch Platform Only” option to minimise support cleanup. Alternately, if you are confident, you could print without supports.
The plant was initially modelled in Maya and was very plain, however I did like the underlying concept and updated the model. The v02 leaves were scaled and positioned using ViaCAD, and the entire model was detailed in ZBrush.
