All-in-One ShieldMask

A flat-packable, fast and cheap combined face shield an mask option.
The frame in the prototype pictured was laser-cut from 3mm MDF, however, any similar material could be used, such as bamboo, plastics, other thin woods,or even cardboard.
The visor was laser-cut from 1mm clear PETG, however, 0.5mm would be better suited, and any flexible clear plastic than can be cut by laser could be used, even a 2ltr soda bottle.
The outer material for the mask was made from spandex, however, any stretchy material can be used.
A middle layer filter and inner layer was used for breathing tests, along with the cotton breathing space ring that also helps to create a seal around the mouth and nose.
During tests it was found that this configuration allowed for at least 95% of the breath to pass through the filter and very little breath escaped via the sides of the nose. This significantly reduced fogging of the shield and glasses.
