Alphabet puzzle. Made for my 3-year-old, somewhat inspired by a toy he has that is an alphabet cookie sheet. Letters fit in pretty easily and don't fall out so easily.
Made used OpenSCAD using Chalkboard font, with a little help from Tinkercad. To make the board fit slightly loosely, I used a combo of 3 sizes of characters, whereas the pieces are just the one in the middle. Seems to work well. I printed with two colors to make it more interesting.
