Alternative Mount, Ender 3 Bed Leveling Knob

Reversed the direction of the "detent" section of the mount, so that the load bears on the Ender bed carriage plate instead of the screw. This gives a bit better "clickiness" and de-tolerances the screw clearance hole. I had to drill out the hole a bit to allow it to fit over the M4 fastener. With this new design I could have increased the size of the hole to not require post processing without issue. Maybe for V2...
