AM8 2040 MicroSD Extension Mount

I inherited an Anet A8 with the 2040 extrusion frame upgrade already on it. I hate sticking my hand in the wire spaghetti to swap MicroSD cards, so I took https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2514301 and https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2075846 into Fusion 360 and viola!

I hope this is useful to other folks.
