am8 improved z endstop

i got tired of jamming my hex key behind the lead screw, getting it stuck back there, and being unable to tighten the thing properly so i figure doubt how to use fusion 360 and made this piece. i hope the screw holes are the right size if not let me know and ill work on it. wit this tightening the z endstop is a breeze since you can use the two screws on the corners
