I had two small led strips on the sides of the printer and kinda liked how much light they gave off but i wanted more, i really wanted to see the first layer adhesion better so these are level with the bed but they also light up the whole bed top to bottom, i plan to have them in all 4 corners but two in the front are fine for now, i can see use on the vertical extrusions or where ever you see fit.
Print with NO SUPPORTS, don't worry it will print fine it took me 4 tries on the design.
and print with what ever layer height, .2 is best it will take abt 2.2 hours to do 2 towers and 2 bars in total.
okay to acknowledge the DM's the leds are just generic strip lights, mine are the cool white ones, they have 3m for adhesive, they are 12v, and can be cut in segments of 3 leds, i ordered them off of banggood, but any non waterproof strip light should work as long as its 10mm wide.
