(Holes: 9mm and 4mm)(http://www.homedepot.com/p/The-Hillman-Group-3-8-in-Pop-Toggle-with-Screw-6-Pack-376255/202243047) These work perfect!Printer Settings:PLA at 0.2mm layer heightMain Exterior Piece - 50% InfillSecondary Interior Piece - 100% InfillIt doesn't really need sanding, but if your printer is not as accurate, some light sanding will make the fit more snug and even. When installing the two pieces with the echo in place, there will be a little bit of resistance, just pull up on each side until the two back pieces are flush and fit should be tight.
