A mechanical "dummy" model for the Echo Auto

1. `echo_auto_alt_dash_mount_a` - "y"-shaped mount
- fits to "snap-on" on very first print, proving Echo Auto model as valid.
- using in my car
Plan to introduce more alternative dashboard mounts as I get to them.
