AMD Cpu Fan Standalone Bracket

I found a couple of brand new AMD Cpu fans that are usually included with the chipset. These original fans are often left abandoned for fancy led or watercoolers instead. I wanted to use them as ventilation fans when airbrushing paints. So here is a bracket designed to hold them against a surface like a box and support filters.

*** Current design was designed to include the removable fan shroud, but I forgot to account for the irregular shape on one side, so it won't work yet. However by chance, the fan itself has a perfect pressure fit inside the ring, which is how I'm using it until I redesign to fit the shroud.
Also the retainer ring for the filter needs a lot of work. There's no way to easily grip and turn, plus the ring does not extend to cover any of the grid to hold it in place without a filter. I'm still editing that.
