As a long time fan I wanted to add an Amiga touch to my Raspberry.
Current plan is to put together a stylish platform coupled with 2 Speedlink USB joysticks and play Amiga games with my kids but I am also seriously thinking about an AROS native setup that is going to be topic for another side project. :)
Now, something about the design itself:
Front face picks its style from my beloved (and long gone) Amiga 4000. SD cards can be easily swapped from the provided opening. A slot to embed a momentary button to trigger a soft RPi shutdown is also provided. Momentary button is held by a small extrusion inside the case.
Lid latches to the main body with magnets; a small recess on the back is provided for easy lid removal. The Amiga logo has been engraved on the lid but I am also providing the AROS version.
Case is big enough to hold the RPi3B+ (or RPi4B) and has enough space to add some more electronics (eg. hats, fans). It is designed, by the way, to use short HDMI and microU
