This holds 20 rimmed rounds, and has a loop for a cord at the top. The two pieces are hinged, and the cutout in the top half allows five cartridges to be dispensed at a time. This allows SASS shooters to dump two piles of five rounds and one pile of 10 for ease of reloading their pair of sixguns and lever rifle.
Files are provides for .38 and .44-40 cartridges, otherwise just scale to suit. Add your cowboy alias to the big flat area.
Best cut form a 6mm (1/4") hardwood, but ply works - and did exist in the cowboy era! Lasers probably not though.
Changes:
Increased size of 44-40 holes as they were a bit tight.
Added file for .45 Colt
